Envisioned as a sidekick team-up book, Bucky and Toro appear here without their adult companions Captain America and The Human Torch. The Syd Shores cover is straight out of an Alex Schomburg fever dream as the Young Allies burst through a wall in a strange tank-like contraption into a den of Nazis who are preparing to brand a couple of their bound compatriots with Toro pitching a fireball at a machine-gunner.
