Frank King pencils and inks; 11/23/1949 daily strip; image size 20" x 5.75"Great daily from the incredibly long running newspaper strip that has it's characters aging in real time, allowing for the main characters to evolve over time. It is, in fact, still being published today, second only in longevity to the Katzenjammer Kids which ran for 109 years. This strip features Skeezix, who arrived in the strip in 1921, now a father to a baby of his own, in a wonderful example of the circular nature of life. Pen and ink. Art is in very good condition. Signed by King.
