Hand colored cover color guide; signed by Stan Lee; 1971; 7" x 10.25"Beautiful hand colored color guide to John Buscema and Joe Sinnott's cover to Fantastic Four #116, featuring the Thing and Dr. Doom running together towards battle, with Sue Storm and the Human Torch following. A wonderful example of early Bronze Age Marvel production art. As an added bonus the piece has been signed in the lower right by Stan Lee. Watercolor on paper, matted to 12.25" x 15.5". Art is in excellent condition.
