DESCRIPTION
Christopher Hanther pencils and inks; strips 79 & 80; 1970s; image size 23" x 15"From the first volume of Hanther's long running space opera comes this page, consisting of strips #79 and 80, which were printed in the first collection in 1979. The strips were likely created before that as the first volume contained strips #1-146. Hanther kept the strips in publication until the 1990s where it became an online comic with over 3000 paid subscribers. Wonderful drawing, influenced by Al Williamson, Alex Raymond, and Hal Foster, very much ahead of it's time. Pen and ink. Art is in excellent condition.
