Howard’s Conan the Barbarian stories from the 1930s, and brought in Frank Frazetta to provide legendary cover art that stood out on the paperback racks. This cover ("Volume Five," although numbered "4" on the spine) continued the series' success that revived the pulp hero, with L. Sprague De Camp and Lin Carter writing new stories to continue the Conan canon. Copies of this popular series are rarely available in high grades.
