Marco Checchetto is an Italian comic book artist, who has worked for Marvel Comics in the USA since 2007. He started his career in 2002 with drawing the covers of PSM Playstation Magazine. He was then a penciler for Italian comic books like 'L'Insonne' for Edizioni Arcadia and 'Jonathan Steele' for Star Comics. He also drew 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' stories for Il Giornalino, and did a 'Spider-Man' series for Marvel Italia in 2007. He started working for Marvel in the USA in the same year. and has worked on many major titles including Avengers, Daredevil, Old Man Hawkeye, Punisher, Spider-Man, Star Wars, Wolverine and X-Men. He is also the creator of his own comic book series published in Italian, Life Zero.
David Messina is a comic book artist from Rome, who has worked for US publishers. Since 2005, he has illustrated comics based on the television series 'Angel' for IDW Publishing, including 'Doyle: Spotlight', 'The Curse', 'Smile Time' and 'Old Friends'. He also illustrated the 'Star Trek' comics 'Intelligence Gathering' and 'Star Trek: Countdown'. In 2010 he started working on a comics version of the TV series 'True Blood'. He is currently one of the artist's on Marvel's Ultimate Spider-Man.
