Master Comics #8 features Bulletman making his second appearance in this beloved Golden Age title, having zoomed over from his run in Nickel Comics. While Master would eventually feature Captain Marvel, Jr. this title's rare early issues showcase some of Fawcett Publishing's wildest creations. In addition to C.C. Beck's brilliant depiction of Bulletman on the cover, this issue boasts Master regulars the Devil's Dagger (who bears a strong resemblance to radio crimefighter Green Hornet) and Lee Granger, Jungle King (accompanied by his sidekick, Eric the Talking Lion). Sci-fi fans thrilled to Captain Venture and the Planet Princess, while Zoro the Mystery Man has his own jungle adventure while serving the traditional Mandrake-inspired magician role.
