Detective Comics #122 features a cover appearance by the infamous Catwoman, and an interior story featuring the femme fatale and her brand new Kitty Car, a counterpart to the Batmobile which is employed to great effect in a sequence involving a chase over a drawbridge. The cover design by Bob Kane and Charles Paris is simplistic but effective, showcasing Catwoman’s deadly capabilities as she slashes Robin with her claws. A concerned Batman rushes into the fray to protect his sidekick from the dangerous and seductive villainess.
