Adventure Comics #66 features a typically moody and elegant Jack Burnley cover featuring Starman. The image is so impressive that no one seemed to care that Burnley was giving away the ending of "The Case of the Camera Curse!" This issue is also notable for the first appearance of cult favorite The Shining Knight, with an origin story revealing how Sir Justin of the Knights of the Round Table ends up revived as a modern-day crimefighter. Creig Flessel illustrates this debut, with the Shining Knight going on to be drawn by legends including Joe Kubert, Simone Bianchi, and Frank Frazetta. (Sir Justin would also make it to small-screen stardom on TV's Stargirl series.) There's also the Golden Age in full bloom with a full-page ad for the Star-Spangled Kid's debut in Star-Spangled Comics #1.
