DESCRIPTION
complete run #s 1-12; Reader Copy Lot; all spines split and taped; Avg. Grade 1.5; Total Est. Book Value $225

To follow-up on the success of Mad, EC Comics quickly launched Panic under the editorial supervision of Al Feldstein, who would succeed Harvey Kurtzman as the editor of Mad Magazine. This new series quickly caused controversy and couldn't manage to survive the Comics Code era of comics publishing. Nevertheless, in the 12 issues that were published, the Panic stable of artists produced some memorable stories, and cemented themselves as pioneers of the art form. This lot, containing every issue of the series, is a perfect way to read and appreciate the wonderful stories and art of Panic in their original form.
