Journey into Mystery is a title that has undergone many permutations, it was originally conceived as a horror anthology, which then became a sci-fi book, famous for its giant, oddly-named monster stories, and eventually morphing into the home base for Thor, before the Thunder God was given his own, self-titled run.

As can be clearly seen on the cover of this comic, Thor and his ne'er-do-well brother, Loki, team up in issue 94 to "Attack the Human Race!" In a plot line that is alluded to in the box-office smash Thor: The Dark World, Thor helps his brother escape from his imprisonment in Asgard through power harnessed during a nuclear bomb test.
