Conan surveils a distant castle from his perch in a treetop, menacingly rendered in shades of grey with excellent use of Craftint Duo-Shade paper. Pen and ink. Signed 'To Jeri' and 'Ohio 93' by Kwapisz. Art is in excellent condition.

Gary Kwapisz drew for The Comics Journal between 1979 and 1982. He was on DC's 'New Talent Showcase' in 1984. He is best known for his work on Savage Sword of Conan. He also contributed to popular series such as Conan the Barbarian, Moon Knight and Wolverine.
