Alex Saviuk pencils/Keith Williams inks; page 14; 1990; image size 10" x 15"Great action page by essential Spidey artist Saviuk, from a script by the legendary John Byrne. Panels 2 and 3 were swapped for publication. Pen and ink. Signed by Saviuk. Art is in excellent condition.
Artists Information
Keith Williams is an American comic book and comic strip artist. He is best known for illustrating The Phantom for over a decade together with George Olesen. He also worked on Superman with John Byrne. Since Paul Ryan took over the Phantom strip, Williams has mainly worked in comic books, like Kolchak: The Night Stalker, Buckaroo Banzai and Domino Lady from Moonstone Books.
Saviuk graduated SVA, where he studied under Will Eisner, began working for DC on Flash, Superman and Action Comics in the 70s and 80s, moved to Marvel where he illustrated Web of Spider-Man for seven years, also worked for Topps and commercial art gigs at present.
