Ant-Man becomes Giant-Man (1st app.)From Ant-Man to Giant man, we get our first look into the new superhero giant in this spectacular issue of Tales to Astonish. Marking a key issue in the series, Tales to Astonish 49 brings forth the evolution of Ant-Man as he re-invents himself (with quite a bit of prodding by Stan Lee).
In this wonderfully drawn piece of interior art we see the Living Eraser, who with the wave of his hand can teleport people to Dimension Z thereby erasing them from their own dimension. We also have two really nice panels of the Wasp and Hank Pym, Giant-Man discussing life-saving fashions. Masterfully penciled by Jack Kirby, one of the industry's most popular artists of all time, with inks by Don Heck. Art is in excellent condition.
