classic female hanging/bondage WWII coverThis is one of those covers that, like some of those issues from EC in the 50s, people will never forget once they've seen it! With not one but two ladies being hanged on the front cover, and the Web and Sterling Steel taking on some Japanese soldiers and a flame-throwing tank while they try to rescue the damsels in distress! The yellows and reds on the cover are bold and really stand out while the pages inside are a nice cream to off-white color. Even in less-than-top condition, remarkably, this is the second-highest graded copy on the census. Rarity hunters take note!
