A new era begins for Peter Parker as he enrolls in graduate school at Empire State University and also works as a teaching assistant for the science department. Peter's first assignment is to attend Dr. Curt Connors' lecture at the Bronx Zoo. Dr. Connors has been behaving rather strangely in recent days. Does this mean the Lizard is going to make an appearance? Not quite. First appearances of Marcy Kane and Dr. Morris Sloan.


Artists Information

Al Milgrom is an American comic book writer, penciler, inker and editor, primarily for Marvel Comics. He is known for his 10-year run as editor of Marvel Fanfare; his long involvement as writer, penciler, and inker on Peter Parker, The Spectacular Spider-Man; his four-year tenure as West Coast Avengers penciler; and his long stint as the inker of X-Factor. He often inked Jim Starlin’s work. Milgrom is the co-creator of DC superhero Firestorm.

Frank Springer was an American comics artist best known for Marvel Comics' Dazzler and Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. Springer was a president of the Society and a founding member of the Berndt Toast Gang, its Long Island chapter.

James Noel Mooney was an American comics artist best known for his long tenure at DC Comics and as the signature artist of Supergirl, as well as a Marvel Comics inker and Spider-Man artist, both during what comics historians and fans call the Silver Age of comic books. He sometimes inked under the pseudonym Jay Noel.

Bob Layton is an American Comic book artist/ writer who co-founded Valiant Comics. His most famous works were at Marvel where he worked on a number of titles including Iron Man #128, the infamous demon in a bottle story line.
