1st app of the new Spider-Man (Miles Morales) COMIC BOOK IMPACT rating of 8 (CBI)


Ultimate Fallout #4 presents the first-ever appearance of Miles Morales, a new iteration of Spider-Man who originally inhabited a separate universe from the original Spidey—and who rose to prominence upon the death of Peter Parker. That tragic start didn't keep Miles from becoming a true fan favorite. The character became even more established when his lead turn in the hit movie Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse went on to win the Oscar for Best Animated Feature.

Issue #4 features Miles struggling to fill the role of Spider-Man, beginning with a battle against the villainous Kangaroo. The story also dares to address the negative reaction to the sudden appearance of a new crimefighter donning the Spidey suit so soon after the death of the beloved Peter Parker. Fortunately, Ultimate Fallout #4 marks one of Marvel's most successful experiments, with fans now eagerly waiting for Miles to make a live-action debut.
