This copy earned an 8.5 CGC Universal Grade and has off-white to white pages. Another 8.5 CGC copy recently sold for $144,000. The slab notes that there is a date stamp on this book, but it is a minuscule mark on the bottom of the back cover. This cover is incredibly sharp, with crisp colors, a clean white background, a red X-Men logo, and the team’s iconic yellow and blue costumes. This is a gorgeous copy of a historic issue and a beautiful piece for either a comic book collection or collectibles investment portfolio.
